Terms & Conditions

By accessing our website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.

1) Who can use the site

You must be at least 13 to browse and 18+ (or the age of majority in your state/country) to purchase. If you’re under 18, a parent/guardian must complete the purchase.

2) Accounts

You’re responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

3) Products & fulfillment (Print-on-Demand)

Most items are made to order through our fulfillment partners (e.g., Printful). Production begins shortly after payment, which limits our ability to change or cancel orders once submitted.

  • Color/size variance: Screen colors may differ from printed colors; minor variation in print placement or size may occur.

  • Availability: We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion.

4) Pricing, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in [USD] unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By paying, you represent you’re authorized to use that payment method.

5) Shipping & delivery

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and begin after production. Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6) Returns, replacements & order changes

  • Defects/damage: If an item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos—we’ll replace or refund at our discretion.

  • Fit changes / buyer’s remorse: Because items are made to order, we generally don’t accept returns for size or preference. Please check the size guide on each product page.

  • Cancellations/edits: We can only attempt changes before production starts; no guarantees once an order is submitted to fulfillment.

7) Promotions, gift cards & store credit

Promotions can’t be combined unless stated. Gift cards and store credit are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

8) Content you submit (stories, reviews, UGC)

You may submit text, photos, videos, and reviews (“User Content”). By submitting, you represent you own the content or have permission to share it, and you grant Genius World a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, modify for formatting, and share it on our site, email, and social channels. We may edit for clarity/length and may decline or remove content at our discretion. You can request removal at any time: [hello@geniusworld.com]. Do not upload medical advice, others’ private info, or content that is hateful, harassing, or unlawful.

9) Hashtag usage

By posting publicly with our hashtag or tagging our handle, you grant the same license above for us to feature your post (with credit) on our site and channels. You can opt out by emailing us a link to the post.

10) Community & safety

Be respectful. No hate, harassment, impersonation, spam, or infringement. Do not touch or modify others’ mobility devices or aids in photos or events without consent. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

11) Accessibility

We aim to meet or exceed WCAG guidelines with contrast, alt text, captions, and motion-reduced options. If you encounter a barrier, please contact us so we can help.

12) Third-party services & links

Our site integrates services we don’t control (e.g., Instagram feeds, payment processors, fulfillment apps). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We aren’t responsible for third-party content or actions.

13) Intellectual property

All site content—including the Genius World name, logo, starburst mark, designs, graphics, and text—is owned by Genius World or our licensors and protected by law. You may not use our IP without written permission.

14) Not medical or legal advice

Resources on the site are for general information only. Genius World is not a clinical service. If you’re in crisis, call or text 988 (U.S.) or your local emergency number.

15) Disclaimers

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

16) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENIUS WORLD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, EVEN IF WE’VE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO ANY PURCHASE OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AT ISSUE IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

17) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Genius World and our partners from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or products.

18) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts located in Utah County, Utah will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your local law requires otherwise. Before filing, both parties agree to try to resolve issues in good faith within 30 days.

19) Termination

We may suspend or end access to the site at any time for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms.

20) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
