Made to order. Most items are printed when you buy. Fulfillment takes 2–7 business days before shipping.

Estimated shipping times (after fulfillment)

• USA: 3–8 business days

• Canada: 5–12 business days

• International: 6–21 business days (varies by destination & customs)

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link when your order ships. Items in the same order may ship separately.

 

Address changes
Email us ASAP to change an address. We can’t edit orders once production begins or reroute packages after shipment.

 

Customs & duties
International orders may incur import taxes/fees due on delivery. Delays at customs are outside our control.

Lost or damaged

 

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos (for damage). We’ll help replace or investigate with the carrier.

 

Returns for delivery issues
Undeliverable/returned-to-sender packages can be reshipped to an updated address; additional shipping may apply.
