Refund Policy

Made to order. Most items are printed just for you, so we can’t accept returns/exchanges for size or change of mind. Please check the size guide on each product page.

We’ll fix our mistakes.
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, email hello@geniusworld.com within 30 days of delivery with your order # and photos. We’ll replace it or refund you.

 

Cancellations & edits
We can only attempt changes before production starts. Once your order is in production, cancellations aren’t guaranteed.

 

Wrong/undeliverable address
Returned-to-sender packages can be re-shipped to an updated address; additional shipping may apply.

 

How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (or store credit if you prefer). Please allow 5–10 business days after approval.

 

Non-refundable items
Gift cards, custom orders, and items marked final sale.
